Celebrate the first weekend of the rest of your life together with your closest family & friends during our Weekend Destination Wedding/Reception Package (Friday & Saturday) From the moment your party arrives for your two-night stay, everything is focused on your celebration. Your guests need only bring their weekend attire. You need only bring your attire, your marriage license & your rings. We coordinate all the details so that you can relax and experience this weekend wedding celebration!

On the first evening of your two-day visit we'll prepare an itinerary for you & your guests that will outline all on-site activities such as Welcome Tour & Check in process, Rehearsal of the Ceremony, Rehearsal Dinner Buffet and an Informal Bonfire. We also provide our Kingdom map showing walking trails through our 65 acre woods, picnic areas and screen house at our private lake where you can use our kayaks and paddle boat.

On the second day of your weekend event, we'll provide a full breakfast to start you off in the right frame of mind, then follow the Innkeepers' Adventure Map for golfing, shopping or make an appointment to receive the most exquisite pampering in the local Aveda Salon.

Your Storybook wedding ceremony will take place outdoors on our gazebo deck overlooking the pond or, if the weather requires a backup, within our indoor space or under Canopy. Throughout your entire event we provide complete photography that captures every aspect of your wedding celebration.

After the ceremony and the photos, we invite you and your guests into an elegant wedding canopy. Glittering lights make the spirit light and carefree, and your fairytale setting will dazzle both you and your guests. With your choice of Catering services, we provide a professionally served reception dinner. The grand finale will be your own custom decorated wedding cake. Then, dance the night away with a DJ or band of your choice.

$2,000 Non-refundable Deposit is required to book your event; If a cancellation occurs, your deposit may be refunded only if comparable event is re-booked for the event date. A schedule of payment for lodging requirements will be identified at time of booking your event.

This package includes the cost of the Bride and Groom's choice of available Whirlpool/fireplace suite for two nights. All additional 9 guest rooms/suites must be booked by wedding party members for the same two nights as a requirement of booking this package. Special Requirements:

 

  • Nine additional Rooms/Suites (accommodating up to 18-23 guests) must be booked for a two night minimum. This guaranteed booking may be placed on individual guest account, but must be guaranteed booked by the wedding party.
