Tour includes information on New Holland’s brewhouse, fermentation cellar, post prohibition pot-still, Dragon’s Milk Cellar, and spirit aging room. Tours include samples of both beer and spirits and a take home pint glass. Tours times begin at 12pm, 1pm, 2pm, and 3pm. Tours last for an 1 hour and 15 minutes. Please note that the tour takes place at the northside New Holland Production space and not at the downtown restaurant/pub. Tours cap at 25 so advanced reservations are recommended.

18 Saugatuck: Ox-Bow Open Studios and see students, fellows, and Artists in Residence from the preceding week mount an exhibit of their work. The work on display comes from an variety of media including painting, drawing, ceramics, metals, papermaking, printmaking, and glass. Open studios also feature an artistic demonstration at 9 pm. Past demos have included papermaking in the lagoon, glassblowing and casting, and collaborative demonstrations between studios like print and metals or glass and metals. Attendees are also encouraged to visit the Ox-Box Gallery (located in the Inn) to view the current show by the Ox-Bow staff and fellows. A live auction of student, staff, visiting artist, and faculty work begins at 8 pm. This is a great opportunity to support emerging artists, while building your collection!
