Like doesn't seem an appropriate term here. I loved this stew, tasty and the puffed pastry was to die for. Hope they have it again on our next visit. Loved our night in the Sir Lancelot room.

My husband and I absolutely loved these scones on our honeymoon! We made a batch this morning, with dried blueberries and almonds. They turned out fantastic! Thanks for the recipe!

So, tried it again with the bacon cut up. The biggest objection I have is the texture. The bacon has areas of "gristle" which makes for unpleasant chewing. Brownies are supposed to be rather soft.

One more try using only bacon fat.

I definitely think within a month or so you'll wonder why you haven't been doing this all along. I'm so excited that you'll be blogging. I was amazed at how few bed and breakfast blogs there are out there (or at least how few interesting ones). With the events you guys host and all Uncle Herbs recipes and the decorating ideas, this is gonna be a hit! :)
