We offer an intimate setting, uniquely different rooms, and as a result our Southwest Michigan B&B often fills to capacity. Because of this, our policies are different than most hotels and large resorts.

Check-in and Check-out:
We are staffed to check-in between 4-6 p.m. Check-out: 11 a.m. Late check out may be possible for an additional fee if our housekeeping schedule permits and must be arranged with the innkeeper on the day of arrival.

Pets:
Pets are not allowed.

Michigan state law mandates No Smoking anywhere in any of our buildings or common outdoor space. We have designated outdoor smoking areas available. A $250 cleaning charge will be added for any violations of this policy.

Deposit Required for Reservations:
A deposit of half the total reservation cost (100% for single nights) is required for all reservations at our Michigan Inn and Spa. In exchange, we remove your unique room from our availability calendar and stop marketing it for your reserved dates.

Cancellations:
Cancellation must be received 14 days prior to arrival date and will result in a $25 cancellation fee to cover our processing costs. If a cancellation is received within 14 days the total deposit amount will be retained. There is a $25 fee for changing reservation dates if done up to 14 days prior to arrival date. Changing dates within fourteen days falls within our cancellation policy. There are no refunds for early departure. Group/event reservations may require larger deposits and at least 30 days notice for refund of the deposit.

Minimum Stay
Two or three night minimums at our Allegan Bed and Breakfast may apply for most weekend, holiday, or busy season dates. Children
Children are welcome to enjoy a family-friendly getaway with their parents at our Southwest Michigan Bed and Breakfast when arranged in advance in Camelot’s Chambers. In-room accommodations may be made based on room size and overall house occupancy. An additional fee of $20 will be charged for each person beyond the double occupancy.
